The Space
We are based at 89 Middlesex Street, Kinning Park, Glasgow G41 1EE - a five-minute walk from Kinning Park subway, free on-street parking right outside, and well outside the Low Emission Zone. If you have been working from home and it is doing your head in, or you have tried one of the chain coworking spaces and found it about as inspiring as a doctor's waiting room, this is what you were looking for.
Studio One is a small space by design. Ground floor desks, a shared kitchen, a meeting room you can actually book, and secure 24-hour access. We keep it simple. All bills are included, the broadband is fibre, and there is always free coffee from Good Coffee Cartel in the kitchen. Month-to-month contracts with one month's notice - if it works for you, you stay. No lock-in.
Every desk here is permanently yours. Not hot-desked, not rotated.

Euan McColm
Euan runs Grapeworks, an AI consultancy that helps Glasgow businesses modernise - bringing automation and real AI into companies that have done things the same way for years. He would not call himself a marketer; Grapeworks builds the systems that beat them. He started Studio One because working from home was doing his head in.
Josh
Josh runs Brandecosse, the footwear brand, from his desk at Studio One and has been here since day one. He has a sharp eye for how things should look, and the space is better for it.
Clare-Ann
Clare-Ann is the interior designer behind how Studio One looks. Through Coco iD she designed the layout, and she is currently working on the upstairs area too.
Jamie
Jamie runs Midnight Bass, Scotland's midweek drum and bass night, from his desk at Studio One - proof that a shared office does not have to mean spreadsheets and silence.

We currently have fixed desks available on the ground floor. A dedicated desk in your name - not a hot desk, not a rotating space. Yours. All bills included, broadband included, coffee included. One month's notice to leave.

A private room for 3-4 people with its own door. Full privacy, your own entrance, all community amenities included.

Black Stag is a community gym and fitness studio in the same building as Studio One. If you want to do a lunchtime workout without crossing a road, this is the one. No commute, no excuses.
Good Coffee Cartel
12 Cornwall Street - short walk
When you need a proper walk and a flat white, Good Coffee Cartel is around the corner. Specialty coffee roasted in-store, good baked goods, and the kind of place you end up spending an hour in when you only meant to grab a coffee. Dangerous in the best way.
Climbing Centres
Walking distance from Kinning Park
Both The Climbing Academy and Glasgow Climbing Centre are within reach of Studio One on foot. After-work bouldering is not a gimmick here - it is a legitimate option when your office is in Kinning Park.
